eating healthy foods and daily exercise.

 I have tried to influence others who have serious illnesses, but you can take a horse to water…etc. I never speak badly about the prescribed medications. I have had to invest in them myself, but, I first did the research. If you know anything about pharmaceuticals then you will know all about the side -effects. Just read the leaflet in the box of pills from the pharmacy. My G.P. recently admonished me and told me not to read these leaflets, because they are included for worst case scenarios and to prevent any possible litigation. Need I say more? So, my ‘amazing healthcare experience’ has been discovering the power of positive thinking in fighting against invasions of my body, and at age 76 I am still doing very well. One positive thought that I need to leave with you is this. I am not concerned about how long I might live. If I drop down dead, I will not know about it. What I am concerned about, however, is the quality of my life, so everything that I do regarding my health is primarily geared to having a good quality of life, which means doing the right thing,
